2025 — Mid
Build begins
PragatiCRM starts as a Laravel-based CRM with quotations, orders, and GST invoicing. The core principle: every feature must solve a specific problem that a real manufacturer has, not a feature that looks good on a landing page.
2026 — January
Phase 7C — cost price, margin tracking, product variants
The system now shows margin before every quotation is sent. Cost price is snapshotted at invoice creation for historical accuracy. Product variants handle different pack sizes, grades, and specifications.
2026 — May
Pre-launch. First clients. Excloud partnership.
Phase 8 complete — sales reports, GST summary, outstanding receivables. Pickup list and delivery challan added at a first client's request. Infrastructure partnership with Excloud for Indian-hosted deployments. First client signed.
2026 — Coming
Multi-warehouse, E-invoice, AI Suite
Phases 9–12 in build: multi-warehouse, batch/expiry tracking, E-invoice IRN, E-way bill, and the AI suite — OCR invoice scanning, sales forecasting, GSTR assistant. All included for Founder Price clients.
