1. Overview
RamLalla Technologies ('we', 'us', 'our') operates PragatiCRM — a cloud-based SaaS platform for Indian businesses. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are granted for PragatiCRM subscriptions.
This policy applies to all PragatiCRM subscription plans: Starter (₹2,999/month), Growth (₹4,999/month), and Professional (₹8,999/month). All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is charged additionally as applicable.
Short version: Annual subscribers who cancel within the first 30 days receive a full refund less a ₹2,000 processing charge. Monthly subscribers are not refunded for the current period. No refund after 30 days on annual plans. Your data is available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
2. Annual Plan Refunds
2.1 Refund Within First 30 Days
If you subscribed to an annual plan and are not satisfied with PragatiCRM for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your subscription start date.
- Refund amount: Full annual fee paid, less a ₹2,000 processing and onboarding charge
- Eligibility window: Within 30 calendar days of the Effective Date of your subscription
- How to request: Email hello@pragatidigital.in with subject line: 'Refund Request — [your business name]'
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval
- Refund method: Refunded to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) via the same payment gateway
2.2 No Refund After 30 Days
Annual subscriptions cancelled after the first 30 days are not eligible for a refund. You will retain full access to all PragatiCRM features until the end of your paid annual period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months.

3. Monthly Plan Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Monthly plan fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. Either party may terminate a monthly subscription with 30 days' written notice.
- No refund for the current billing period
- No refund for the notice period (final 30 days)
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period if notice is given
- Monthly subscribers retain access until the end of the paid monthly period following notice
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your PragatiCRM subscription:
- Email: Send cancellation notice to hello@pragatidigital.in from the registered email address of the account administrator
- WhatsApp: Send a message to +91 62045 33545 confirming your intent to cancel and your business name
- Subject line: 'Subscription Cancellation — [your business name]'
- We will confirm cancellation in writing within 2 business days
Data export before cancellation: Export all your data before or immediately after cancellation. Customer records, invoices, orders, and inventory data can be exported to Excel from Admin panel → Data Export. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
5. Your Data After Cancellation

6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- WhatsApp Business API add-on fees (₹500/month) — these are pass-through costs linked to your Meta Business Account
- Custom onboarding or data migration work agreed separately in writing
- Monthly subscription fees for any period in which the Service was used
- Annual subscription fees after the 30-day refund window has passed
- Any GST charged on subscription fees — GST once paid to the government cannot be refunded by RamLalla Technologies
7. Service Disruption Refunds
If PragatiCRM experiences downtime beyond our 99% uptime SLA in any given month, eligible Clients may receive a pro-rated service credit applied to the next billing period. Service credits are not cash refunds.
- Uptime SLA: 99% monthly (allows approximately 7.2 hours of downtime per month)
- Claim window: Service credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident
- Credit calculation: Pro-rated daily credit for each full day of service unavailability beyond the SLA
- Scheduled maintenance windows communicated 72 hours in advance do not count towards downtime
8. Disputes and Escalation
If you believe a charge has been made in error, or you wish to dispute a refund decision:
- Step 1: Email hello@pragatidigital.in with full details of the disputed charge and the outcome you are seeking
- Step 2: We will review and respond within 5 business days
- Step 3: If unresolved, disputes are referred to arbitration in Bokaro, Jharkhand under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
